The aerobis Fitness Harness is a lightweight, high-strength solution for fitness training that involves pushing and pulling resistances. The harness can be carried with its opening facing forward or backwards so that you can also pull resistances.
It also the perfect companion for the aerobis Kinetic Trainer and extends in such a way that you can do eccentric squats with it. The Kinetic Trainer has to be mounted low so you can position yourself almost on top of the Trainer. Then just put the strap of the Kinetic Trainer into the buckle of the Fitness Harness and it adjust the strap length so that you can stand almost straight on the apex of the squat movement (right between push and pull when the strap is fully unrolled). Make sure that you secure any excess strap so that it does not get entangled in the mechanism.
