With the double handle including grip loop from aerobis, everything is under control. Use this grip whenever you want to train with two hands against a pulling resistance. The aluminium core is rounded at both ends, so that the grip loop can slide along the aluminium core without resistance. This means that the load on your wrist is lower and you can push and pull even heavy loads optimally.
