Bis dato bei 18 verschiedenen Übungen verwendet: erstklassige Funktionalität, innere Haltemuskulatur wird ebenso gut trainiert wie primäre und sekundäre Zielmuskulatur. Um längen besser als ein zuvor genutztes Konkurrenzprodukt.

사실 aeroSling Tactical을 이미 사용중이었고 이번에는 아내와 함께 운동할려고 독일 본사로 직접 주문해서 aeroSling Elite을 구입하였습니다. pulley(도르레)를 이용하여 suspension training 할 수 있다는 것이 이 제품의 최대 강점 인 것 같습니다. 제품의 성능은 아주 만족 스럽습니다.

I have been training with the sling trainer for years. I started with the TRX in the gym. Everything was great until I got to know the Rolls Royse among the sling trainers. Namely from Aerobis! Aerobis has a ball bearing! The pulley outshines everything that has come before! Once you've trained with the Aerobis sling trainer, you won't buy anything else! Made in Germany!

In my humble opinion, it is better than the TRX. I don't know why it is so little known in Italy. Very good rating for the seller too. Just one piece of advice: improve the packaging. The stickers on the packaging and in the net are not really professional. Regards
Suitable for private use, delivery was made within the specified time frame. The sling trainer is a bit more expensive than others, but it is worth the money.

The device is very light and works great. The length adjustment looks a bit strange but also works very easily.
This sling trainer got me through the pandemic well. As good as it is, the expense is quite painful. In my opinion, it shouldn't be that expensive.
To be honest, it's a great thing – I've known sling trainers for a long time in general.The model here with the pulley is what I experienced in the end.I looked at a number of exercises for home use on the internet, printed them out and put togetheran individual program (also with the included accessories) for home use.The sling trainer can be optimally attached and feels overall very high quality (hence the price). The handles are rubberized and fit perfectly in the hand. You don't slip while exercising! Overall positive! A clear recommendation from me and well worth the investment!
If you don't know what kind of fitness equipment it is, I would like to briefly explain where it comes from and what it is made for.The type of fitness equipment was developed by American special forces in the last Iraq war. Since these soldiers were mostly stationed in remote regions with little or no infrastructure, let alone a gym, they had to come up with an alternative to the elaborate and bulky sports equipment that could be used almost anywhere and with little effort. The obvious solution was a device that works with your own body weight, as no additional weights were needed otherwise.So a “sling system” was developed that can be attached to vehicles or trees. As this simple method became more and more popular over time, also among fellow climbers, the inventor of this device simply developed it further and made it suitable for the masses. So now anyone can use this device if they have some way of attaching it at about head height, or better yet, higher up at home. It is even possible to attach these devices to standard doors using special anchors without damaging them or having to use screws of any kind.You can then do exercises with your own body weight that can be varied in intensity by changing the angle. So it's a really simple and space-saving fitness device for everyone.I can also more than allay any concerns about the effectiveness of bodyweight exercises. Anyone who has ever done intensive exercises with their own body weight knows that dumbbells are no longer necessary.I have been using this sling trainer for two weeks now.The short version:A good training tool, at a proud but still fair price. Almost all positive reports from me. Highly recommended.For those who have a little more time to read, here is the detailed version.I like to divide my reviews into negative and positive paragraphs, but I'll start with the positive here.Positive:The sling trainer makes a robust impression on me. The workmanship seems fine and I didn't feel unsafe in any position, worrying that a part might give way and cause me to fall on my face :-D Of course, this assumes that you have familiarized yourself with the exercises and that you always set all the anchors correctly. But this is common sense and should not be a problem.The scope of delivery includes a practical storage bag, which may initially seem too small, but is more than adequately dimensioned. This means that the fitness equipment can be packed up small and handy and transported with great ease. I found the little sign, which you know from hotel rooms, which you hang on the outside of the door handle and says that a workout is in progress and you should not open the door, very nice. It also makes sense to use this sign, because the trainer's hold on the door is immediately lost when you open the door. So it's better to lock it immediately. This is where you can prevent unnecessary injuries. So not only a nice idea, but also an increase in safety.Let's move on to the training options. The enclosed poster with a variety of exercises trains almost every part of the body. In my opinion, the pictures are quite easy to understand. However, if these picture explanations are not enough for you, you are welcome to use the online DVD mentioned. Here the exercises are explained even better and in more detail, so that really everyone should understand them. But here is the hint again. It is an online version. So an internet connection is necessary. If these exercises are not enough for you, you can of course invent your own with a little imagination and experience. There are really countless possibilities here and so no wishes should be left unfulfilled.What I also found very good are the attachment hooks on the trainer itself. As explained in some exercises, you can also attach weights here if necessary, thus providing a much wider range of training options than the original three-letter version of the sling trainer.So much for the positive impressions.Negative:I actually don't have much to complain about here.What caught my eye very quickly, though, were what I'll call let's call them adjustment eyelets or straps. These were somehow simply wrapped by bands. I don't know exactly how to describe it. However, if you look at the pictures and pay close attention to the part behind the handles, you will see what I mean. Of course, this does not detract from the function. The length of the individual handles or sides can be perfectly adjusted. However, I do wonder what would happen if the tangled wrapping were to be undone. I have seen this adjustment option done better and more sensibly and it somehow detracts from this product for me.What I also find questionable is the price. Yes, of course, the original product with the three-letter name is a good deal more expensive. However, I have been wondering for years what the price is based on. Actually, it's just a few straps with hooks and foam handles. I can't imagine that these materials can be so expensive to prod...
➤ Why was it purchased?I've been doing fitness, cross training, etc. for about 2 years now since I started climbing. I already had a sling trainer for almost 50 euros. It was okay, but I was never really satisfied. The handles had bent, the length couldn't be adjusted well, it wasn't as compact for transport and, above all, it didn't have a pulley. That had to change and a new sling trainer was needed.At first I was a little skeptical because the aeroSling's rope is so thin, but then I thought to myself, I use similar equipment for climbing, and I bought it.➤ RatingPositive✔ Length can be adjusted very easily✔ Very compact and easy to transport able, I had it with me on vacation right away✔ The handles feel very good in the hands and look stable✔ Can be attached well. At home I have a ceiling anchor, on the road I usually use the option of wrapping the sling trainer around a pole. I haven't used the door anchor yet. Unfortunately, I can't report anything about this.✔ Well-thought-out foot straps✔ Very good homepage with numerous videos for exercises✔ There are even training plans on the homepage that you can download and print out.✔ By twisting or using a carabiner (I have enough of them from climbing), you can make the sling trainer less unstable and thus simplify the exercises.< According to the website, the aeroSling can be expanded. I might try that out, in which case it will be an additional plus point. For now, this is just the neutral info.✘ For the price, a video DVD or a USB stick with the videos could be included➤ ConclusionI am very satisfied with the Slingrainer from aerobis. Since I unfortunately no longer have time to go to a gym, I decided on this sling trainer. Although I have never really trained with sling trainers before, this trainer worked very well for me right from the start.The poster, which is included, contains exercises that I was able to do really well on my own with the help of the online DVD.I can also print out online training plans so that I can get professional training without going to a gym.The sling trainer itself is very well made and quick and easy to attach. The training is also very easy to do. I am really impressed by this sling trainer, as it is very easy to use, even for a beginner like me.
After a few trips with slightly cheaper sling trainers, this is the best. Everything is smooth and feels great. You just love training with this sling trainer.
