Easy installation

The verso360 Frame always consists of a pair of A-Stands and one or more top elements. The included screws and nuts allow an uncomplicated installation. In addition, the frame can also be easily disassembled and reassembled depending on the occasion, for example, if the training should take place outside in the summer. Disassembled, it fits into a large station wagon and can therefore be transported easily and without much difficulty.

Modular design

The desired length of the frame can be selected depending on the available space and number of users. In a home gym or micro studio, a frame with one top element might already be sufficient. For a group of 12 people, a frame with up to six top elements is also possible. If you want to go higher, you can install a top element L or XL instead of a normal top element, which makes overhang climbing possible. If you want to do additional dips, you can use the A-bars, which are simply attached to the side of the A-stands.

Optimal use of space

The verso360 Wall features a space-saving design without sacrificing exercise versatility. Its legs are located only 70 cm from the wall. This means that the Wall also fits well in small rooms. Despite this, maximum freedom of movement is maintained underneath the Top-Elements, e.g. when exercising with the aeroSling.

Maximum versatility

Variety is key. In addition to bodyweight exercises, the Wall offers the best potential for training with a barbell, calisthenics, training with resistance bands, sling trainers and endless rope trainers. Depending on the room height, taller top elements can be integrated with additional bars in the overhang. The revvll PRO rope trainer can be easily attached to the T-Stands with a height-adjustable T-Adjust XL. Weight plates find support on the back of the Plate Loader. Combining a Multibench with T-Adjusts and T-Adjust Cups creates a station for bench presses and squats.

Guidelines for an optimal configuration

For specialists only. We are happy to help you with the planning!

  1. The A-Stand can only be mounted to the outer ends of a free standing frame. A-Stands are slightly angled in order to provide optimal stability. Make sure to mount the in the right direction. There is a mark in the foot of the A-Stand that should point outwards.
  2. The T-Stand has connector on all 4 sides. On the broad side for connecting Top-Elements and on the narrow side for connecting W- or T-Connectors. It adds 7cm (2,75 in) of length to a verso360 setup. T-Stands do not have to drilled into the floor. We advise to do so when the floor is not even. Otherwise you might have T-Stands without solid ground contact. This can also be countered with extra rubber pads under each T-Stand. Same goes if you plan for a low suspension of a revvll or battle rope on an T-Stand. In these cases there will be a lot of force laterally on the lower part of the T-Stand and it needs to be drilled into the flooe. Always make sure that there is solid ground contact.
  3. Top-Elements come in standard length of 115cm and different heights. This is very useful for monkey bar training that also involves level changes (more demanding). Top-Elements feature a central oversized bar that is also great for developing grip strength. They are designed to make it easy to shift equipment in seconds without detaching it. The reverse triangle design also enables you to use the outer bars as pull-up bars without taking off training equipment mounted to central oversized bar!
    1. Top-Element: 233 cm (92 in) installed height
    2. Top-Element L: 270 cm (106 in) installed height
    3. Top-Element XL: 320 cm (126 in) installed height
  4. T-Stands always need a W-Connector for wall mounting or a T-Connector when mounting to another T-Stand.
  5. T-Stands can be fitted with T-Adjust stainless steel height adjustable rods (normal size and XL version). These height adjustment rods can be customized with extensions to take revvlls, barbells or elastic bands. T-Adjusts can be fitted on all sides of a T-Stand to give you the maximun flexibility when designing your training space.
    1. 2x T-Adjust with 2x Cups form a barbell suspension option then installed on 2x T-Stands that are connected with one Top-Element.
  6. You can link up up to 3 Top-Elements to each other before adding either A-Stand or T-Stand module on either side.
  7. In such a combined section you can mix and match Top-Elements (max. 1 L and max 1. XL).
  8. Total dynamic weight per combined section should not exceed 150kg.
  9. Max length: a free-standing Frame can have a total of 6 Top-Elements and will therefore have at least one T-Stand in the center. If you need longer Frame we usually recommend adding a second one. It also makes positioning and space design much easier. A wall-mounted Frame does not have a length limitation.
  10. You can combine A-Stands with T-Stands to form a free-standing so called hybrid frame. Basically a free-standing Frame that has one or more boxes in its center. Please note in hybrids Boxes are limited to a length of one Top-Element.
  11. Free-standing Frames need to stabilized with weight plates (2x20kg per A-Stand leg) that can be mounted on the metal rods that are on the side of each leg. We recommend to bolt the A-Stand into the floor (drill holes are in each footing).
  12. Wall mounted Frames do no need to be bolted into the floor but make sure that all T-Stands have solid ground contact. If you have a lot of T-Stands this can be problematic when the flooring is not 100% even. You can then increase floor contact pressure of T-Stands with rubber tiles or simply bolt them into the floor where needed. Bolting into the floor is also recommended when you install a T-Adjust XL and are planning to use it in the lower positions as this will generate a lot of lateral force on the T-Stand.
