The exercises are really exhausting but also great fun to do. The suggested ones are sometimes a bit strange to do, but for me, if I pull, no one would hold it against me, but a great product

The device is great and makes training fun.
Advantages: device is small, light, flexible and mobile. Training is fast, highly efficient and functional (whole muscle groups, strength-endurance). First-class workmanship. A home gym in a “shoebox”. With the revvll, jogging and body weight/gymnastics, you can create a holistic and complete training concept. It is also very good for isolated use, for example, for a quick warm-up before all upper body-centered sports (boxing, golf, ball sports, but also K3K) or for HIT interval training. Disadvantages: So far none have been identified, not even the price. Tip: You should keep the rope clean, for example when using it outdoors – a quick wipe is enough.

After a quick delivery, the rope trainer was hung from the ceiling with a heavy-duty hook and has been used intensively ever since. The workmanship is impeccable. The material used is of high quality. The training is unusual but effective. The rope trainer gives me a lot of pleasure and variety every day. I can highly recommend the device, which is certainly not a bargain in terms of price.
