How we ship your order

We use GLS for destinations within Germany and FedEx for all other destinations. We ship from Germany and cutoff time is 13:00 Europe/Berlin for shipping on the same day. For shipments that require customs preparation please add 1-2 business days. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need a custom quote!

No shipping between 24th of December and beginning of January due to Winter Holidays.
