Robust accessories for a challenging workout

Our grips are a super lightweight accessory for sling training as well as resistance bands. It offers wider, softer grip loops than other grip systems, delivering you a more comfortable experience. The surface of the handles is either lightly roughened or padded, which provides a perfect grip. This gives you a non-slip grip during your workout and allows you to perform exercises even more efficiently. Due to a compact size of 13 x 3,5 cm, our grip set can also be taken anywhere. Practical, uncomplicated and efficient.

Unbeatable quality

GRP stands for "glass fiber-reinforced plastic", so the plastic of the handles is reinforced with glass fiber, making it virtually indestructible. The material can withstand great stress, making it ideal for an intense workout - both indoor and outdoor. To do this, you just need to hang the upper part of the GRP handle set by means of carabiners on the sling trainer - and the training can begin.

Extension for sling trainers

Our handle set is compatible with all previous models of the aeroSlings. Thanks to the integrated loop, the system can be individually adjusted for a tight fit - even in foot mode. In addition, the loop can be used as a grip strength support. The optimal positioning also increases the functionality of the workout, as exercises can be performed even better.

Superior force control with resistance bands

Our sturdy handle set can also be combined with carabiners great with our resistance bands. The handles attached to the bands give you a whole new set of options for your workout. Most exercises can be performed much more comfortably with these handles.
