Unlock new training possibilities with the Flex Handle XL

The aerobis Flex Handle XL expands your training capabilities by enabling advanced exercises with the revvll endless rope trainer and the aeroSling sling trainer. Whether used for buddy workouts, full-body suspensions, or additional stabilization, this extra-long and wide loop provides unmatched versatility.

Perfect for partner-based revvll training

With the Flex Handle XL, one user can hold the revvll in place by securing it with their upper arm, freeing the other user to focus entirely on pulling movements. This makes partner-based rope training more effective and stable, enhancing overall workout efficiency.

Full-body aeroSling training

Unlike standard handles, the Flex Handle XL allows you to suspend both feet, shoulders, or even hips, unlocking a new range of sling trainer exercises. This makes it ideal for bodyweight-supported movements like hip thrusts, hanging core workouts, or advanced leg raises.

Comfortable, durable, and easy to use

Built with premium padding, the aerobis Flex Handle XL provides a secure yet soft grip, ensuring maximum comfort even during intense training sessions. The open-loop design allows quick attachment with one or two carabiners for seamless exercise transitions. Plus, it's easy to clean simply wipe it down with a damp cloth or disinfectant.

Perfect for aeroSling

This belt is of good quality, quite soft and holds the weight of the body.

Flex Handle

Easy and quick to attach to the trainer. Very well padded and yet stiff enough to provide support. A highly recommended expansion option.

Perfect for back extension training

You can use it at home on the sling trainer to do hyperextensions very well (and in a space-saving way) without having to get a hyperextension bench or Roman chair for it. Of course, it can also be used for other exercises. Robust material and very good workmanship. The padding is just right - not too much and not too little.

Great addition

Very robust and high-quality design. Nevertheless, the material feels pleasant. Suitable for everyone from beginners to competitive athletes.

Awesome!

The abdominal strap is very stable and well made. Only the so-called “spacer fabric” is of a simple design, but that doesn't detract from the fun. We use the abdominal loop for jump training, as preparation and for fine-tuning our standing long jump.

Good quality

Good quality. One star deduction because of missing accessories for attachment.

well padded and large

The workmanship is great, no threads, robust, cuddly, no smell, padding ok, with a little creative skill you can of course also use it for other sling trainers, in any case lower back and abdominal exercises are great with it. As for a love swing, I still have to wait and see what she uses ;-)

Great accessory

I bought this sling for exercises like side plank and leg stretches at home on the AeroSling. As I quite often do exercises in bare feet, the handle straps of suspension systems can be uncomfortable when supporting my feet in side plank and similar exercises. Additionally, side plank is usually done with the feet apart whereas in yoga or Pilates the feet are stacked and the additional instability means a harder core session. I also like to use the AeroSling pulley to provide quad and hip flexor stretches and again, the handle straps can be a bit uncomfortable. The strap is robust and well made. It is 800m long, 120 mm wide at the widest point, with a large webbing loop at each end to link to a carabiner. The webbing loops are part of two lengths of webbing that run under and support the sling. The upper has a mesh overlaying a thinly padded section. Although it is meant for the AeroSling, the large loops mean that carabiners can be used to attach the sling to other suspension systems. Go Outdoors sell suitable climbing grade wire gate carabiners for around £6.00 each. The length of the sling means that it will fit across my back with a strap under each armpit - I've yet to try this - so supported single leg pistols are possible.A useful accessory that is a tad expensive.
