The aerobis Rucksack is all taking your Fitness training to the next level. It improves your physical performance by strapping an extra weight securely to your back while hiking or walking (also known as “Rucking”). It is easier on the joints than jogging and the intensity can be adjusted very well to the individual athlete. It is also an alternative to weight vests, which are often used to progress your bodyweight exercises. The weight in vests is usually not, or very difficult to adjust at all. This is an issue because different exercises require vastly different training resistance, so it is important to be able to adjust training resistance efficiently. Vests weights are also positioned across the chest, which makes wearing them somewhat uncomfortable.

The aerobis Rucksack is a new take on fitness weight training and an ideal companion for hiking. It enables you to carry weight near to your body’s center of gravity which is important for exercise safety while allowing full freedom of motion.

Shape Shifter

The aerobis Rucksack offers unique options to customize its shape. It can be adjusted in height just by wrapping the top opening 1-4 times so you can optimize the total volume. Additionally, it can be adjusted with 2 compression straps on each side to make sure the weight is close to your body’s center of gravity. It is a true “one size fits all purposes” Rucksack. The large foldable opening at the top makes it very easy to load and unload the training weight quickly. The Rucksack is made of strong PVC material that is welded and sewn together.

Storage Monster

Additional items (keys, snacks, etc.) can be stored in the 3 waterproof outer pockets without having to open the Rucksack. There are 4 additional storage pockets inside the bag. To make it truly multifunctional we even added a removable laptop sleeve inside the Rucksack, making it perfect for traveling and everyday office use. The aerobis Rucksack is waterproof and can be easily cleaned with water inside and out after every adventure.

Make everything your training weight

The Rucksack turns everything into your training weight. It perfectly fits 2x aerobis Kettlebells or 1x Fitness Sandbag. Load them with Sand or Steel Shots or whatever is available. If you load it with ice cubes and some ice-cold soft drinks though you’d kill two birds with one stone in our book. Hardcore workout and hardcore hydration 💪😀!

Adjust it exactly to your body

The Rucksack can be adjusted precisely to the wearer. In addition to the heavily padded shoulder straps, there are additional height, chest, and hips adjustment straps. The back of the Rucksack is padded with horizontal pads and the distance between the pads ensures optimal air circulation even while wearing it.

Hard shell protection built-in

To add to the ruggedness and to also prevent any contents from deforming the Rucksack, the entire back and bottom has been reinforced with hard plastic plates. A nice side effect is that the Rucksack stands on its own when you put it on the ground. This makes it easier to handle loading and unloading of the Rucksack as well.
