It provides you with hundreds of new exercise variations and can easily be combined with resistance bands and sling trainers. This way you can get even more out of your training equipment and easily create a high-performance workout. The practical connecting eyes at the end of the Rowstick allow you to attach it easily and quickly. With additional carabiners, you can attach fitness equipment such as fitness bands or elastic tubes to the eyelets and get started right away.

High-quality workmanship that takes your training to the extreme

The aerobis Rowstick is made in Germany from stainless steel and aluminium. The handles are made of robust plastic and have a diameter of 34 mm. Therefore the handles are not only comfortable in the hand, but also a bit wider than conventional dumbbells. Thus with each exercise the grip strength is trained at the same time. The connecting loops are mounted on bearings, so that they move with every vibration and thus allow a comfortable training.
