How Versatile is the Power Scale?

Power Scale can display your Sling-, Resistance-Band or even Rower performance as well as measure you strength on cable pull machines and eccentric workouts. Also a perfect option if you want to do static strength training. Just hook your Power Scale in between and you’re good to go! Your strength data will then be continuously measured and displayed on the screen. We also have two resistance options that help you monitor strength values without having to look at the display while exercising!

What do the operating modes do and how do I activate them?

Resistance Modes

• Realtime: Shows your currently generated Resistance in realtime. Deactivate both “Power” and “Max Power” mode in case they are still active.
• Power: Shows resistance but then locks in the highest resistance until you beat that number. To activate hold button “HOLD” for more then one second until display shows “P-ON”.
• Max Power: Shows resistance but locks in the highest value held for more than one second without change. To activate hold button “UNIT” for more then one second until display shows “ON”.

Operating Modes

• Tare: If you want to account for weight of a training device before measuring you can use the Tare function. To activate short press button “Tare” with training device suspended. Display should read 0 afterwards.
• Unit: Power Scale can show your strength measurement in Kilogramms (Kg), Newton (N) and Pounds (Lbs). To activate short press button “UNIT” until arrow on the right shows your desired unit.
• On/Off: Power the device on and off. To activate hold button “On/Off” until display switches off.
