alphaband Loops come in 5 different strengths: Light, Medium, Heavy, XHeavy and Argh (extremely heavy ;). You can either purchase them separately or choose the 5 Bands Bundle containing all band sizes. That way you can combine the bands during your hypertrophy workout. Each alphaband has a different color so that they can be easily distinguished.
