Resistance is seamlessly adjusted from zero Resistance to This thing does not move at allÓ without ever needing to juggle barbell plates around (they just help to stabilize the unit). Simply rotate the intensity lever clock- or counterclockwise to get your desired resistance.
Indoor and Outdoor use
Unlike traditional sleds, Pain Train does not require artificial turf or specialized indoor spaces it operates both indoors and outdoors on almost any flat surface, giving you the freedom to train wherever you please. The Pain Train can be used with the standard sled grip handle position or you can rotate it 90 degrees and use it in wheelbarrow mode.

Push and Pull like a Pro
One direction, endless possibilities that's the mantra of the Pain Train. Whether you're pushing or pulling, the Pain Train knows one direction - forward. While the brake system works in both directions it needs the additional force applied on the handle to operate without slip. With the attachment eyelet on the handle itself however, you can easily hook up Battle Ropes to pull it towards you while standing in front of the machine. You can also hook up an aeroSling Slingtrainer and pair it with a large, padded handle around your waist and perform heavy walks forward or backward in front of the Pain Train.
Fast direction change
Thanks to its independent rear axle wheels, the Pain Train lets you pivot on a dime. Need to change direction fast? No problemjust tap your foot on the back and pivot like a pro.
