Our grips are a super lightweight accessory for sling training as well as resistance bands. It offers wider, softer grip loops than other grip systems, delivering you a more comfortable experience. The surface of the handles is either lightly roughened or padded, which provides a perfect grip. This gives you a non-slip grip during your workout and allows you to perform exercises even more efficiently. Due to a compact size of 13 x 3,5 cm, our grip set can also be taken anywhere. Practical, uncomplicated and efficient.

Unbeatable quality

GRP stands for “glass fiber-reinforced plastic”, so the plastic of the handles is reinforced with glass fiber, making it virtually indestructible. The material can withstand great stress, making it ideal for an intense workout – both indoor and outdoor. To do this, you just need to hang the upper part of the GRP handle set by means of carabiners on the sling trainer – and the training can begin.

The Alu Handle from aerobis is a lightweight aluminum handle that is wrapped in a non-slip and extra grippy rubber coating. It is manufactured in Germany under strict controls and thus promises professional studio quality. Thanks to the integrated loop, the system can be individually adjusted and is also suitable for a tight fit in foot mode. In addition, the loop can be used as a grip strength support. So you have an ideal grip during the workout and can get the most out of your sling training. The challenge is guaranteed.

Extension for sling trainers

The aerobis handle sets are compatible with all previous models of the aeroSling ELITE and aeroSling ELITE Plus. Thanks to the integrated loop, the system can be individually adjusted for a tight fit – even in foot mode. In addition, the loop can be used as a grip strength support. The optimal positioning also increases the functionality of the workout, as exercises can be performed even better.

Our sturdy grip set can also be combined with carabiners great with our alphaband resistance bands. The handles attached to the bands give you a whole new set of options for your workout.
