The Elastic Tubing is a 145 cm long resistance band, which is particularly robust and weatherproof due to a protective textile sheath. On both ends there are carabiners, which allow a quick and uncomplicated attachment with any training equipment. This is the medium tube with 15 kg maximum resistance.

The aerobis Rowstick is a multifunctional training stick, which is ideal for combination with resistance bands like the Elastic Tubing, but is also designed for sling trainers. It is made of aluminum and stainless steel and has connecting eyes mounted on both ends. This allows it to be additionally connected to other devices by means of carabiners.

The Elastic Trainer X2 contains the 115 cm long Rowstick. Simply attach the Elastic Tubing with the integrated carabiners to the connecting eyes of the Rowstick and you can start a challenging functional training.
