The ball bearing “Ultra” deflection pulley allows the main rope of the sling trainer to rotate / alternate smoothly. This makes the ELITE Plus even more demanding than its – little brother – aeroSling ELITE due to its higher instability. With each exercise, the deep-seated muscles and the interaction of the individual muscle groups (intermuscular coordination) are even more trained. It is aimed at experienced sling training users or those who already have good previous experience in body weight training

aeroSling is an extremely innovative Sling-Trainer of outstanding quality. In my opinion, there is definitely no better one currently on the market! The hype around TRX, for example, I personally can not understand at all. aeroSling beats TRX by far – in all areas: First and foremost, the material properties and handling, the training stimulus and the significantly greater variety of exercises, its compactness combined with outstanding durability. aeroSling is clearly ahead in all areas! The further development of aeroSling (I also had the models from the early days in use) is also impressive. The product has become better in many areas, without sacrificing the usual first-class features and materials: a better pulley (especially UltraPulley!) and more comfortable and versatile hand/strap system. I use aeroSling almost daily, as it can be used not only for strength, coordination, instability and core training, but is also great for mobility exercises and rehab. aeroSling is also is a faithful companion on vacation and business trips. A real all-rounder that also comes across as chic and elegant. I would always recommend ELITE Plus with the UltraPulley deflection pulley. That’s a few bucks more, but it’s ultimately a purchase for life. I even have two of them in use, because you can set extremely demanding training stimuli through the combination of both (feet and hands simultaneously unstable fixation), especially in the core area. Certainly not mandatory, but it is definitely recommended. I can also recommend the large Flex Handle. It expands the exercise spectrum once again significantly and can be used extremely well as an abdominal training suspension if you use two of them. Very clear purchase recommendation!
