The Battle Rope can be placed around every strong enough structure that can withstand the resulting forces during training. In outdoor training this can be a park bench, a tree or a lamp post.
For indoor training you can either use a heavy weight like a kettlebell or dumbbell, or you use a fixed solution like our Blackthorn Rope Mount.
For all mounting options we recommend the addition of the Blackthorn Rope Protect to keep wear on the rope at the anchor point as low as possible.
For group training with up to 10 trainees we also offer the Rope Arena. For partner exercises, even one trainee can be the anchor point while the other training partner exercises with the Battle Rope.
